i found the location very convenient for the ifema center. it was a short walk. the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. i appreciated being really close to the metro station because getting around was quick. it helped avoid taxi costs.
i did have some issues with room temperature control. the hotel seemed to have switched to only heating. it was uncomfortable for sleeping. i found the room service line wasn't working so i had to go to the restaurant myself. this was inconvenient.

The room had good appointments, including a spacious extra bed. The buffet offered a wide variety of options. I found fresh fruit and vegetables. The hotel is in a quiet area. I had easy access to an extraordinary park, perfect for walks.
I had a minor issue. The staff at check out did not secure a taxi immediately, they asked me to walk to the main road.

the breakfast was acceptable, i guess.
the room felt smaller than advertised. the air conditioning barely worked, it was set to 24 degrees but felt more like 27. i had to keep fiddling with it, and it never really cooled down properly. plus, the promised pool was closed for maintenance, no one told me about it when i booked.
